-Please verify the property is ready for photography at minimum the day prior to scheduled shoot.
-There is a $40 travel fee added if photographer arrives and cannot perform shoot due to site not being ready. Agent will be provided the opportunity to reschedule or shoot as is.
-We allot ~1HR for each scheduled service item, ensuring property is ready for photography will help ensure we can complete your shoot on time.
-In the instance of a security gate, please ensure your photographer has been granted access through the gate. Any gate fees will be added back in to the invoice and paid directly back to the photographer.
-Premier Home Shots owns all services delivered. Agent is free to use any service delivered to them for their marketing needs in any way. If delivered services are to be transferred, that transfer will happen from Premier Home Shots and receiving agent will need to reach out to us to initiate transfer.
-All photographers are subcontracted, in the unlikely event of damage caused by photographer, Premier Home Shots is not responsible and any communication should be handled directly with responsible photographer.
